Ayomide founded ECP following her time on Goldman Sachs' high yield credit trading desk, where she traded credit across multiple sectors, executing billions of dollars in volume. She holds an economics degree from Cornell University.

Bola brings 15 years of residential care leadership across the DMV to ECP's healthcare portfolio, having started her career as an RN at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital before earning a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration. As Clinical Director, she leads the clinical and operating transition for the firm's inaugural acquisition.
